Reservations
The majority of new homes purchases will incur a reservation fee and
a deposit payable on exchange of contracts. Reservation fees and deposits
vary from development to development; however a typical reservation
fee would be between £500-£1000 and a deposit due on exchange
either 5-10% of your total purchase price.
