FINDING THE RIGHT TENANT
We ensure that each tenant is of sound financial status. Upon receipt of
satisfactory references - including previous letting and employment checks we
then prepare the Tenancy Agreement (and sign on your behalf) in Accordance with
the Housing Act 1988. This ensures that all your rights are fully protected.
RENT COLLECTION
We will collect the first months rent and bond. If you provide us with your
bank details we can ask the tenant to set up a standing order to then pay you
direct.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
INVENTORIES
If required, a full inventory can be prepared to ensure that all is in order
prior to tenants moving in.
VIEWINGS
Our sales representatives are always available to accompany prospective tenants
for viewings and to promote your property.
