FULL TIME - LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

Based from our Campo Lane office, this exciting and varied role will see the successful candidate building excellent customer relationships with their own portfolio of properties and Landlords. You will be providing the Landlord with feedback from viewings and demonstrating your excellent communication and administration skills by successfully signing up new tenants to complete the lettings transaction in this busy challenging environment. An excellent telephone manner, negotiation skills and a strong focus on customer service is essential. IT skills, working with databases, internet and email is integral to this position and therefore previous experience of working with computers in this capacity is required.

This role requires an enthusiastic team member, with a passion for property, who is able to multi-task as well as work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and accuracy. Previous lettings or estate agency experience is an advantage though not essential as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. One in four Saturdays 9.00 am – 4.00pm
