Dragon 'is in' with Blundells Assist
Blundells is once again leading the way with a revolutionary initiative which is set to boost the local property market.
Entrepreneur and star of Dragon's Den James Caan recently visited Blundells Campo Lane branch to launch Blundells Assist, an interest-free loan scheme for buyers and sellers.
The interest free loan is exclusively offered through Blundells partnership with Look4aProperty.com/money, a £1billion fund which will be used to finance interest-free loans though selected estate agents nationwide. These can be used to help buyers and sellers cover unavoidable costs such as estate agent fees, stamp duty, legal fees and HIPs*.
"Blundells Assist, gives home buyers and sellers another way of getting on to the property ladder without having to pay fees upfront," says Steve Hinshelwood, Blundells Director.
"Our customers will now have the flexibility of paying for certain costs in interest free monthly instalments over a three year period as well as paying in the traditional way with one lump upon completion if preferred.
"We hope this will encourage more people to embark on the property search and stimulate the housing marking across Sheffield and North Derbyshire, which will be a great boost to the sector in the north and across the UK."
James Caan, chairman of Look4aProperty.com/money will be announcing further initiatives to get the market moving throughout the year.
